After the questions are generated, we advise on the best technical
and most cost efficient ways of obtaining the necessary data; then design a
questionnaire that will take advantage of the methodology selected....web,
telephone, or personal interviews.
Analytical support is provided so
that the data are analyzed by professionals, who do not have any pre-conceived
positions about the answers.
We look at
our client's business as outside experts and make recommendations for possible
changes or opportunities, many times beyond the scope of the project.
We are the outside members of our client's marketing team.
OUR WEB PRODUCT
Our product is a far
more robust research document than most rental web programs. Whatever
additional programming is necessary to make a viable questionnaire is done at
no additional cost.
Our case history for the beauty product shows a
questionnaire that had 25 show cards. Obviously no single respondent saw more
than five or six. Skipping, branching and other techniques were applied to this
web project, allowing for a flexibility that couldn't be duplicated in a
personal interview.
We have not designed our business, or our
products for the lowest possible client research experience. It's our job to
present the best research options, defend them, and then implement them, to
attain our client's objectives
